Shipping policy
U.S. shipping
FanJabs currently ships within the United States, to addresses supported at checkout. Standard shipping is $4.87 per order. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 or more after discounts, before tax and shipping, receive free Standard shipping. The final charge is shown at checkout. We do not currently offer Express or international shipping.
Processing and printing
Every shirt is printed for you after you order. Please allow up to one business day for order processing, followed by the printing time below.
Production generally takes 2–7 business days after submission to the printer. Production times are estimates. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Product availability, quality checks and busy periods can extend production.
Transit and tracking
Standard U.S. transit typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment. Processing, production and carrier transit are separate stages. Arrival by a particular game, holiday or date is not guaranteed. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships; tracking may take time to show the carrier's first scan.
Items may ship in separate packages at no additional Standard shipping charge. Delivery estimates can vary by destination, carrier and weather.
Delays or missing packages
If we learn we cannot ship within the applicable stated time, we will contact you with a revised estimate and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law. If you are concerned about an order or tracking appears stalled, email hello@fanjabs.com with your order number. We will investigate with the printer or carrier and help resolve the issue.
Address corrections and order changes
Please check your shipping address, size and color before ordering. Email us immediately if anything needs correcting. We will help where possible, but changes may not be possible after production or shipment. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us to discuss the options; we will explain any proposed reshipping charge before you agree to it.

Your purchase is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact us before mailing a return. Nothing in this policy limits your consumer rights.
